一、学校简介

淮南师范学院位于淮南市，始建于1958年，2000年3月经教育部批准开设本科课程。背靠八公山，俯瞰淮河，风景如画，文化底蕴深厚。被淮南市人民政府授予为园林大学称号，曾连续五年荣获“安徽省模范单位”荣誉称号。

淮南师范学院占地76.2万平方米，建筑面积58万平方米。具有价值1.98亿元的教学和研究设施，图书馆藏书139万册，21个大学实验教学中心和160多个校外实践教育基地。

淮南师范学院以教学为中心，坚持培养应用型人才的教育理念，深入开展本科教学项目。拥有1个国家级特色项目、8个省级特色项目、16个省级综合改革试点项目、7个人才培养模式创新实验区（拔尖人才培养计划）、7个省级实践培训示范中心、6个省级教学团队、30门省级精品课程，资源共享课程——经典视频开放课程和慕课在线课程，30项省级教学成果奖。淮南师范学院的毕业生赢得了全国雇主的广泛认可和赞扬。学校先后荣获“安徽省就业工作先进单位”、“安徽省高校就业工作示范单位”、安徽省创新创业教育示范大学、安徽省大学生企业孵化基地等多项荣誉称号。

Huainan Normal University, situated in the city of Huainan, was founded in 1958 and authorized by Ministry of Education in March2000 to offer undergraduate programs. Reclining against Bagong Mountain and overlooking the Huaihe River, it boasts a picturesque view and rich cultural heritage. Named by Huainan People’s Government as a garden university, it has won the honorary title of “Model Unit in Anhui Province” for five successive years.

HNNU occupies an area of 76.2 hectares, and has a floor area of 580000 square meters. It is also home to 198 million RMB worth teaching and research facilities, a library collection of 1.39 million books, 21 university-stationed experiment& teaching centers and over 160 off-campus practice & education bases.

     HNNU has focused on teaching, adhered to the educational philosophy of cultivating application-oriented talents and thoroughly carried out its undergraduate teaching project. Up to now, HNNU boasts 1 national-level distinctive program, 8 provincial-level distinctive programs, 16 provincial-level pilot programs for comprehensive reform, 7 experimental zones of talent training mode innovation (Top Talent Cultivation Program), 7 provincial-level demonstration centers for practice and training, 6 provincial-level teaching teams, 30 provincial-level quality courses, resource-sharing courses classic video open-courses as well as MOOCS online courses, and 30provincial-level awards for teaching achievements. HNNU graduates have earned wide recognition and praises from employers across the country. The university has won many kinds of honorary titles like “ Anhui Provincial Advanced Unit for Employment Work”, “Model Unit for Employment Work among Anhui Universities”, “ Model University for Innovation & Business Startup Education in Anhui Province” and “ Enterprise Incubation Base for University Students in Anhui Province（AA）”.

HNNU always opens up to the outside world and has engaged in exchanges and cooperation with higher learning institutions in U.K., U.S.A., Germany, South Korea and Australia, etc. HNNU has also launched academic exchanges and educational cooperation with famous domestic universities like University of Science and Technology of China. It has also successively established intercollegiate exchanges with universities or educational institutions in Singapore, the Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong, has carried out flexible and diverse cultural exchanges and student exchange activities with domestic and foreign universities.

二、招生层次、学制、人数、专业及语言要求

备注：汉语言研修生原则上要求有一定的汉语基础。本科生项目中文水平需达到HSK四级;

三、申请资格（Admission qualification） 

1、本科生专业申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康。

2、申请人的学历和年龄要求：须具有高中毕业学历，不超过25岁。

3、申请中文授课专业者中文能力应达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平，通过HSK四级测试。

4、申请者需提供如下材料：入学申请表（国际合作处网站下载中心下载）、护照复印件、学历证明及成绩单复印件（中英文）、体检表、简历、无犯罪记录证明。

Under the age of 25,  healthy,  graduate from High school. For Chinese taught major, HSK-4 is required.

六、申请材料与申请时间

1、《淮南师范学院外国留学生入学申请表》；

2、经过公证的最高学历证明，如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；

3、经过公证的学习成绩单（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；

4、来华学习或研究计划（不少于800字）（用中文或英文书写）；

5、《外国人体格检查表》复印件，须用英文填写，原件来华时随身携带；

6、申请人护照复印件；

7、近期证件照片4张（大小同护照照片尺寸）。

8、留学生监护人保证书。

9、其它：各种获奖证明，包括体育、艺术等方面获得的相关证书、证明。欢迎学生提供能够展示自己才华的各种证明材料。

10、无犯罪记录证明。

11、申请日期：2024年3月至6月30日为申请日期

1. Huainan Normal University Foreign Student Enrollment Application Form;

2. A notarized certificate of the highest education level. If the applicant is a student in school, a certificate of attendance issued by the school where he/she is studying must be submitted additionally (text other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation);

3. Notarized academic transcripts (copies other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation);

4. Study or research plan in China (no less than 800 words) (written in Chinese or English);

5. A copy of the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners must be completed in English, and the original should be brought with you when you come to China;

6. A copy of the applicant's passport;

7. 4 recent ID photos (same size as passport photo).

8. Letter of Guardianship for International Students.

9. Other: Various award certificates, including relevant certificates and certificates obtained in sports, art, etc. Students are welcome to provide various proof materials that can demonstrate their talents.

10. Certificate of no criminal record.

11. Application date: April to June 30, 2024

七、申请程序与录取

1、网上下载并填写《淮南师范学院外国留学生入学申请表》，并发送到邮箱：ywb@hnnu.edu.cn

2、学校“外国留学生招生评审委员会”将对每位申请人的材料进行公平公正的评审，确定预录取学生名单；收到预录取通知书后，留学生交纳注册费400元人民币，住宿费2000元人民币（此费用不予退还）；

3、将除申请表之外的其他申请材料扫描件发送到邮箱：ywb@hnnu.edu.cn

4、收到完整的申请材料和汇款凭证后，学校“外国留学生招生评审委员会”和相关专业专家通过面试，确定正式录取名单。

5、学校寄发正式录取通知书、JW202签证申请表等文本；

6、学生持相关文本和材料至所在国中国大使馆或领事馆申办来华学习签证；

7、2024年9月，学生按学校通知书要求来校报到。

2. The school's Foreign Student Admission Review Committee will conduct a fair and impartial review of each applicant's materials to determine the list of pre admitted students; Upon receiving the pre admission notice, the international student shall pay a registration fee of 400 yuan and a accommodation fee of 2000 yuan (this fee is non refundable);

3. Send a scanned copy of the application materials other than the application form to the mailbox: ywb@hnnu.edu.cn

4. After receiving complete application materials and remittance vouchers, the school's Foreign Student Admission Review Committee and relevant professional experts will conduct interviews to determine the formal admission list.

5. The school sends official admission notices, JW202 visa application forms, and other texts;

6. Students should bring relevant texts and materials to the Chinese embassy or consulate in their host country to apply for a study visa to China;

7. In September 2024, students reported to the school according to the school notice requirements.
